In July, Choice Hotels International, Inc., awarded Amish Country’s Comfort Suites Berlin with the Choice “Hotel of the Year” for outstanding service, operations and guest satisfaction. Comfort Suites Berlin has been a finalist for Hotel of the Year four times, but this is the first time the hotel has won the award.
Owner and general manager Kent Miller credits a recent top-to-bottom interior renovation and staff that prioritize customer service as some of the factors why his hotel won the award.
"We are proud of the high level of customer service we have been able to achieve and maintain year after year. We have amazing guests, and our staff takes great pride in meeting and exceeding their service needs each and every day," said Miller.
