Holmes County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau Refund Policy

Chamber Events

You must notify the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce at least 2 working days before the event in order to be eligible for a credit or a refund. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate from your organization at no additional charge. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to unforeseeable circumstances

Chamber Memberships

Payment for membership dues for the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce is due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal year. No refunds are issued for memberships.

Advertisement Opportunities

In most circumstances, no refunds are available once an advertisement placement is scheduled. This includes advertisements or listings in the annual Map & Visitor’s Guide, Hearts & Hands, www.visitamishcountry.com, www.holmescountychamber.com or any other advertisement opportunities. Christmas Cookie Tour of Inns Tickets

All tickets must be purchased through the Chamber of Commerce online at www.christmascookietour.com or by calling the Chamber office. Tickets are transferable but not refundable.
